Winners of each Age division will advance to the Nationals with their entry fee paid. Runners up of each age division will have the opportunity to advance to Nationals if they wish, but must pay to enter. There must be three in each age division in order to hold that age division's competition.

Should there be ONE person in an age division at the State competition, that person will have the option to retain her local title for one more year at a discounted rate, AND/OR she may purchase the State Crown and Banner and any awards that would have been given for the State competition and get the State title.  She would also have the opportunity to advance on to the Nationals by paying the difference between the State competition and Nationals if she chooses to accept the State title and abide by the Nationals rules of the competition. This State title would be good for one year unless she were to win at the National level, then it would be given up and she would hold the National title for a year.
